1-Year Limited Warranty
Marine Audio Products (Stereo / Speaker / Charger)

 

1. Warranty Coverage

This Limited Warranty is provided by BONDYNAMO® and applies to marine audio equipment, including stereo units, speakers, and chargers (hereafter referred to as the “Product”). This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship arising under normal and intended use, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

This Warranty is valid only for the original end-user purchaser and is applicable only if the Product was purchased from an authorized BONDYNAMO® dealer. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

 

2. Warranty Duration

The Warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the original date of retail purchase, as evidenced by a valid sales receipt or invoice.
This Warranty is non-transferable and shall automatically terminate if the Product is resold or transferred.

 

3. Territorial Scope

This Warranty is valid only in countries or regions where BONDYNAMO® or its authorized representatives operate. Claims must be submitted through authorized dealers or service providers, and are subject to local service terms and procedures.

4. What Is Covered

BONDYNAMO® will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any Product that is determined to be defective in material or workmanship during the Warranty period. Covered services include:

• Replacement or repair of faulty components

• Labor costs associated with the repair, where applicable

All replacement parts or products may be new or factory-refurbished and are provided at no additional cost.

 

5. What Is Not Covered

This Warranty does not apply to defects or damage resulting from:

• Improper installation, configuration, or wiring

• Abuse, misuse, neglect, or accidents

• Exposure to non-marine environments or corrosive conditions

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Cosmetic damage (including but not limited to scratches, dents, fading)

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., degradation of controls or screens)

• Purchases from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces

• Force majeure events (e.g., fire, lightning, flood, or other natural disasters)

 

6. Shipping and Logistics

The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs incurred in returning the Product for service.
BONDYNAMO® will bear the cost of return shipping for repaired or replacement units, provided the destination is within a supported service region.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

BONDYNAMO® shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of use

• Loss of time or productivity

• Costs associated with removal, reinstallation, or troubleshooting

• Any damages exceeding the purchase price of the Product

This Warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the original purchaser.

 

8. Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Required Information:

   • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

   • Description of the issue and any supporting photos or video

3. Receive Instructions:

   • If the claim is deemed valid, BONDYNAMO® will provide instructions for returning the Product.

4. Service Processing:

   • BONDYNAMO® will repair or replace the Product at its discretion.

   • Service may involve new or refurbished parts/products.

 

9. Warranty Exclusions and Termination

This Warranty shall be rendered void if:

• The Product has been disassembled, altered, or serviced by unauthorized personnel

• Serial numbers or identification labels are removed or defaced

• The Product has been used for purposes other than its intended marine application
