INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Bulk/International shipping terms for in-stock items is Ex Works (EXW). We can provide assistance in recommending a freight forwarder but will be unable to handle logistics or cover any costs and/or fees.

International shipping is available upon request. (it is buyers responsibility to arrange for international shipping through an agent or a courier company.) 

All products are securely packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

 

What are the Payment Terms?

 

Payments can be made securely online through the options available at checkout or by direct contact through our quote request system or WhatsApp.

Payment terms are 100% advance payment, we offer many different payment options and accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfers (for bulk or special orders).

There are no hidden charges.

 

Can I Place a Special Order Request?

 

Yes, absolutely.

If you need a custom setup, bulk quantity, or integration for boat manufacturing, you can place a special order request directly through our website or via WhatsApp.

What is the Warranty Policy?

 

All BONDYNAMO® products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and performance issues under normal use.

If you experience a product fault within the warranty period, contact us with your purchase details, and we’ll guide you through the replacement or repair process.

The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or exposure beyond the product’s rated protection levels. ( please click the warranty tab on the contact page for detailed warranty information.

 

What is the Return & Cancellation Policy?

 

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

    •    We do not accept any returns of items once the purchase has been completed.

Refunds

If applicable will be issued through the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.

Cancellation Policy

 

Customers can cancel an order at any time before the items have been shipped. Please note if an order is canceled after its confirmation there will be a 30% cancellation/restocking fee.
